We do not keep your Credit card details or other information, so you will need to re-enter your details each time you shop with us..
The rate charged for the shipping of your orders is based on your location. Before (or at) the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Remote Delivery address
Also, Please note: If your shipping address is a rural or remote location, there may be problems with the delivery. Indeed, you need to make sure your address is in a delivery area. Mostly, remote addressees may have a drop off point (Post office or business in a nearby town). Please be sure about this as if it has to be re-delivered, a cost will be involved.
Will Someone be home?
All our deliveries must be signed for. If you are not home or at the delivery address, the driver will return the parcel back to depot. You can advise us in the comments box on your order, to leave at door etc. If you use Australia Post, you can go to ‘my post’ and change the delivery details from signature. Don’t forget, re-delivery will incur fees.
Damaged or Lost parcel
Unless you have asked for insurance against damage or loss, there is none. We pack our goods pretty well ever have a problem. But, it can happen. One piece of large corflute in a flat box has a good chance of being damaged. It happens.. There is no other way of packaging, that is cost effective, other than the boxes. Having said that, multiple signs in a box are much stronger.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Orders are usually dispatched next working day, but allow up to 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
We use Australia Post and various couriers to deliver our orders. If we are using your preferred Courier, tracking and delivery times may differ. Note: Non Metro areas delivery address must be in a recognised Australia Post delivery area.
YOUR ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is provided by Australia Post which will be passed on to you and you will be advised when the shipment has been dispatched.
