Single Yellow IBC Bunded Spill Pallets are stackable for freighting. The low height (700mm) is for ease of use and the generous working area of 2.5m2 will store one IBC or multiple small containers. There is provision for additional internal supports which increases strength and load rating if you need to multi stack. We have covers for these IBC pallets in case of rain. furthermore, there are 100 litre dispensing units available. We have the double bunded IBC spill pallet available as well ( click here )

IBC Spill Pallet

Single IBC Spill Pallet made from heavy duty 100% polyethylene. Similarly, our IBC Bunded Polyethylene pallet won’t rot, rust or corrode. Likewise the Bunded pallet is chemical resistant. Furthermore, the low height (700mm) is easy to work with and with the generous working area of 2.5m2 can store one IBC or multiple small containers. Fork recesses are for easy movement. Also, there are optional clip-on dispensing units to direct any spills while decanting into the sump. We also have a double IBC spill pallet available at a small increase in price. ( click here )

Aluminium

1.6mm thick Aluminium is great for pole signs, where you need a rigid sign. Aluminium can be used basically for any other mounting as well. Swing stand signs need aluminium and the larger one (900 x 600) are a stronger type. Most of our Aluminium signs have rounded corners.

Steel

0.55 mm thick Sign white colourbond. This is a baked enamel substrate that will resist rusting. Great for mounting on walls and fences. Most of the steel has round corners.

Polypropylene

Polypropylene is 1.4mm thick and is white. It is very plyable and is classed as food safe. Caution must be used when mounting with glues, as some (such as construction adhesive) will damage the Polypropylene. A quality double sided tape is OK and some silicones. Avoid anything that is acid cured. Attaching with screws is OK.

Corflute

This is the type of sign the real estate agents use. We use 3mm for the smaller signs and 5mm for the larger. Please see above (polypropylene) for advice for mounting.

Vinyl Sticker

Aside from the Budget signs, our vinyl is a top grade Polymeric vinyl, that has a 5 year life outdoors. We use a satin or Matt finish, to avoide glare.

Inks

Our ink is eco-solvent that is designed for outdoors. The ink actually etches into the sign via heat when printing. It resists scratching, but you can include an overlaminate to help protect it. This also prolongs the life of the sign.
